How will I know my order has been received?

After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an order number. Your order will be accepted and dispatched once your credit card and address details have been verified.

How long will it take to ship?

If you have purchased one of our BUY NOW styles then these sneakers will be dispatched within 48 hours. All sneakers that are BUY NOW will have a 'FAST TRACK’ label on the product pages. Your bespoke CUSTOMISE 360 SWEAR sneakers are made-to-order and therefore will be dispatched within 3 weeks. However during exceptionally busy periods we reserve the right to delay shipping. Please see our Terms of Service for further details.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

After placing your order you have 1 hour to amend your order or cancel your order if you have made a mistake or changed your mind. After this time we are not able to amend or cancel any orders.

With any BUY NOW styles we will cancel this if the shoes have not already been dispatched. After this time you will need to request a refund once you receive these.

With any CUSTOMISE 360 sneakers, as your shoes are custom made-to-order to your individual specification, we are unable to amend or cancel orders after 1 hour of the order being placed and we are not able to accept a refund as the sneakers are bespoke.

When will I be charged?

If you paid by debit card or PayPal, payment will be taken when the order is placed. If you paid by credit card, payment will usually be taken once your order is approved.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Our sneakers are delivered via Express Carriers, shipping options and costs will be displayed during the checkout process. We currently offer Free Worldwide Delivery on all orders.

Will there be additional duties or taxes payable on my purchase?

We cover the cost of import duties on orders to the European Union, USA, Canada, China, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, U.A.E, Japan and Mexico - the price you see is the price you pay. For all other customers, import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also see the status of your order in the ‘My Account’ section on the SWEAR website. Or you can go to here to track your order on the SWEAR website.

How will my goods be shipped?

Your sneakers will be carefully packed in individual dust bags and placed into a SWEAR shoe box to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide using Express carriers. Please note: Customs authorities in Russia have tightened restrictions on import shipments, which can lead to delays in delivery.

Can you ship SWEAR made of exotic skins overseas?

Our exotics skins are ethically sourced with verified tanneries who are CITES-certified. We are able to ship sneakers made from exotics worldwide, except to the State of California in the US. If you are based in California, we suggest shipping to an alternative US address. For more information, please email us at help@swear-london.com.

Can SWEAR ship to more than one address in a single order?

We are only able to ship orders to one address. Unfortunately we cannot change the shipping country after the order has been placed but if you would like to change the address, please contact us at help@swear-london.com.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Orders dispatched to the European Union or United States will take 2-4 business days to be delivered, orders to other countries will be delivered in 3-7 working days, after being dispatched.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes due to courier restrictions.

How long do I have to return SWEAR products?

We only accept returns on our BUY NOW product which will always have a ‘FAST TRACK’ label on it within this category. You can check with our customer care team if you have any doubt. If your sneakers are FAST TRACK then you will need to return the product within 30 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns on CUSTOMISE 360 styles as any these are made-to-order.

How do I book a free collection?

Condition of returned SWEAR products?

Please ensure returned SWEAR products have been not worn and are not exposed to damaging elements and include all the packaging components, such as external box, internal packaging and individual dust bags. Returns that are soiled or damaged through wear and tear may not be accepted. We recommend that products are tried on carpeted surfaces as to minimize any damage, should you decide to return them. We only accept returns on our BUY NOW product which will always have a ‘FAST TRACK’ label on them.

Does SWEAR offer refund upon returning products?

Once your return has been received and accepted by our partner, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

How do I purchase sneakers from SWEAR?

We offer a number of different options for customising your sneakers. You can FAST TRACK your customisation with our BUY NOW option - simply select your sneakers, add your initials and laces then we will ship them to you within 48 hours.

If you want to get a little more hands on, you can customise via our curator collaborations or select a trend to kick start your design process. If you want free reign on your designs, you can start from scratch.

How do I know the final price for SWEAR product?

As you customise your sneakers the price will automatically update on the right-hand side, reflecting the specific materials and hardware that you have selected.

What payment methods does SWEAR accept?

SWEAR accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit Delta, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB, UnionPay and PayPal.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at SWEAR?

We take security very seriously and our payment process uses the most advanced coding methods. SWEAR also supplies VeriSign certificates and ATW for your safety.

Which currency can I buy in?

We offer a variety of different currencies according to your location, this can be selected from the navigation and is displayed. The currency will be set according to your location and displayed at checkout.

Will my receipt/invoice display the breakdown of the composition of my sneakers?

SWEAR receipt/invoice will show only the final price of the products, with the only additional itemized part being the application of the initials (in the event such were requested).

How do I know my new item will fit me?

We use standard shoe sizes and have included a size and conversion chart in the customisation process to make it as easy as possible to select the best shoe size. In the event that your sneakers don’t fit you, you can return them using our free returns pick-up service. You will be refunded once the return has been received. To keep your sneakers looking box fresh, store them in their dust bag and avoid contact with heat and damp. All materials are sourced for their exceptional quality and are tested extensively, however, we recommend avoiding contact with heavily dyed materials in case of colour transfer.
